We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, administer medications, and monitor patients' health conditions. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing documentation.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Monitor patients' progress and report changes to doctors.
Provide wound care, injections, IV care, and other nursing procedures as required.
Educate patients and their families about medications, treatment, and basic healthcare.




Maintain proper hygiene and infection-control practices.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide immediate nursing assistance.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing procedures.

Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration as required by the applicable authority.
0–3 years of experience; freshers may apply depending on the organization.
Valuable knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends when required.
