We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, software, and user accounts. The candidate should have strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, operating systems, and software.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Perform regular system backups and assist with data recovery.
Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
Install security updates, patches, antivirus software, and other necessary updates.
Manage printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
Provide technical support to employees.




Ensure data and systems are protected from unauthorized access.
Maintain system documentation and IT procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with antivirus, backup, and security tools.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
