We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, generate new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Develop sales pipelines and maintain accurate customer records.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing,



operations, and other departments.
Train and mentor sales executives to improve their performance.
Handle key accounts and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
