We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Provide regular reports on calling activities and results.

Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to communicate in English and/or Tamil.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling or customer-service experience is an advantage.
Freshers can also apply, depending on the company requirements.
