KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, modify, test and troubleshoot PLC programs (Ladder, Structured Text, FBD).
Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications screens, alarms, trends, reports, recipes and user access.
Integrate PLCs, SCADA, machines and higher-level systems via industrial protocols; perform tag/alarm mapping and data validation.
Prepare and review FDS, I/O lists, tag lists, control philosophies and network architecture documents.
Execute simulation, panel testing, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and production stabilization.
Diagnose PLC/HMI/SCADA/network issues, maintain backups and coordinate with customers, OEMs and vendors.
Ensure compliance with engineering, OT cybersecurity, machine safety and documentation standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS
PLC Platforms: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric or Delta.
SCADA / HMI: Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk View, AVEVA/Wonderware or equivalent.
Protocols: OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, MQTT, serial.
Automation Systems: Control panels, sensors, actuators, VFDs, servos, interlocks, safety circuits.
Networking Basics: IP configuration, managed switches, VLAN concepts, OT network troubleshooting.
