Designation: Manager_Healthcare Analytics Candidate Should be available to join within 0-30 days. Location: Hyderabad (relocation cases can be considered) Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee analytics for the full revenue cycle: patient access, billing, coding, and collections.
- Drive performance improvement through data insights and process optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership across finance, operations, and compliance.
- Develop and manage dashboards tracking KPIs like A/R days, denial rates, and net collections.
- Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and payer policies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management AR follow up Hospital and Physician.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Excel and SQL.
- Deep understanding of payer reimbursement, coding standards, and compliance
