Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in requirement gathering, data modeling, and business process analysis, with proven success in managing complex projects across telecom, finance, and technology domains. The candidate should be comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement gathering and analysis for cloud infrastructure and telecom platforms.
- Define and maintain data models for physical, virtual, and logical resources including CNFs, PNFs, ANFs, and connectivity parameters.
- Design and validate intent-based orchestration flows for infrastructure provisioning and network connectivity.




- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with cloud architects, network engineers, and vendor teams.
- Create business process documentation including BA trackers, capability matrices, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop Gherkin-style BDD use cases for bulk load, resource discovery, and access control.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Collaborate with teams for integration with platforms like NetBox, Ciena BPI, and PlanNet.
- Support resilience planning, RBAC modeling, and data security requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis, create wireframes, and review test scenarios for UAT and stakeholder sign-off.
