Job Description:
- Manage and administer VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
- Monitor and maintain virtual machines, clusters, and storage, NetApp
- Perform patching and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot VMware, Windows OS, NetApp, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform VM provisioning, snapshot management, and basic performance tuning.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cohesity backup, restore, and replication operations.
- Troubleshoot backup failures, performance issues, connectivity issues, and backup-related alerts in Cohesity.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation and follow ITSM processes.
