Job Summary

The Packing Trainee is responsible for learning and assisting in the packing process, ensuring products are packed correctly, neatly, and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in packing finished garments as per work instructions.
- Check product size, quantity, colour, and packing requirements.
- Fold and pack garments neatly according to specifications.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and packaging of products.
- Maintain product quality during the packing process.
- Follow daily production and packing targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
- Handle packing materials carefully and avoid product damage.
- Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety, discipline,



and attendance policies.
- Learn and perform packing procedures under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Qualification

Education: 8th / 10th / 12th or equivalent
