Job Summary

The Associate is responsible for supporting daily production and operational activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently according to company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform assigned production and operational activities as per work instructions.

- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.

- Maintain required quality standards during the production process.

- Ensure proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment.

- Achieve daily production targets as assigned by the supervisor.

- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the workplace.

- Report quality issues, machine problems, or other concerns to the supervisor.

- Work effectively as part of a team.





- Follow attendance, discipline, and workplace guidelines.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills & Competencies

Qualification

Education: 10th / 12th / Any relevant qualification
