We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented ATM Officer to monitor and manage ATM operations, ensure ATM availability, coordinate cash replenishment, and resolve operational issues. The candidate should be comfortable handling routine monitoring, documentation, and coordination with banks and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor ATM machines and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate ATM cash loading, replenishment, and cash balancing.
Monitor ATM cash levels and report shortages or excess cash.
Handle ATM-related complaints and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Track ATM downtime and ensure timely maintenance.
Coordinate with banks, cash-management teams, security personnel, and vendors.
Verify ATM transactions, cash reports, and reconciliation records.
Maintain accurate ATM operational records and documentation.




Report suspicious transactions, technical issues, or security incidents to the appropriate team.
Conduct regular ATM inspections as required.
Ensure compliance with company and banking operational procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ATM operation reports.

Requirements
Any degree or diploma; banking/finance background is an advantage.
0–3 years of experience in ATM operations, banking, cash management, or a related field.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
Willingness to travel to ATM locations when required.
