We're Hiring: Business Development & Growth Executive | Narsipur Group

Do you love the chase of a current deal and the satisfaction of watching a pipeline turn into revenue? We're looking for a driven Business Development & Growth Executive to help expand our footprint in the manufacturing space.

What You'll Do

Market Development — Identify new business opportunities, target industries, and potential clients

Lead Generation & Outreach — Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals

Client Relationship Management — Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

CRM & Pipeline Management — Keep CRM records accurate and up to date; log calls, deals, and follow-ups to ensure clean pipeline visibility

Sales Strategy — Work with leadership to plan growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and market entry plans

Reporting — Track KPIs, sales performance, and market feedback to refine strategy

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)

✅ 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered)

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Comfort working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) to track leads and deals

✅ Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and comfort with target-based work

✅ Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales is a plus
