About Biotastic

Biotastic Health Systems is a premium B2B wellness and recovery equipment company based in Chennai. We supply ice baths, infrared saunas, red light therapy panels, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to hotels, gyms, spas, corporates, and government institutions — and we're growing rapid. Our business runs on a fully deployed Zoho One suite spanning sales, marketing, finance, inventory, field service, support, HR, and analytics.

The Role

We've completed a broad Zoho One rollout and now need a sharp, detail-oriented Zoho Developer Intern in-house to keep these systems running, adapt them to evolving business needs, and turn requests from every team into working solutions. This is hands-on ownership of a live, business-critical systems stack — not a shadowing role. Given the 3-month runway, we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

What You'll Do

- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions across all Zoho One apps
- Maintain data hygiene — de-duplication, validation, and standardisation across modules
- Build and modify custom fields, layouts, modules, workflows, blueprints, and approval processes
- Tune automation across CRM, Books, FSM, Desk, People, Analytics, Creator, and more
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations, service, and HR
- Document every configuration, change, and SOP, and train end-users across teams
- Translate business requirements into clean Zoho solutions and spot ways to streamline processes
- Resolve day-to-day user issues





Who We're Looking For (All Required)

- Final-year student or recent graduate (BCA, B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, or related)
- Prior hands-on exposure to any CRM/ERP or Deluge exposure
- Familiarity with Deluge scripting or basic programming logic
- Strong logical and analytical thinking; comfortable with structured problem-solving
- Proficient with spreadsheets and everyday structured data handling
- Sharp attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits
- Available full-time, on-site in Chennai for the full 3 months
- Clear written and spoken English for training and documentation
- Self-driven — able to manage requests from multiple teams without hand-holding
- Must be able to write programs in Zoho apps (prior experience required)

Nice to Have

- Understanding of sales, operations, or HR business processes
- Interest in no-code / low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate)
- Any Zoho certification or completed learning path
