Role Description The Video Streamer volunteer role at Trinetra eSports involves hosting live gaming and esports content on digital platforms, primarily through remote online streaming. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting live streams, interacting with viewers via chat, and maintaining a positive, engaging on-screen presence. The role also includes collaborating with the team to align stream content with brand guidelines, promoting upcoming streams on social channels,



and providing feedback on content ideas and viewer engagement strategies.

This is a volunteer, remote role, offering flexibility in streaming schedules while encouraging consistent participation to help grow the organization’s audience.

Qualifications

- Strong video production and video editing skills to create and refine engaging streaming content.
- Effective communication skills for live interaction with viewers and collaboration with the Trinetra eSports team.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and YouTube to help promote streams and optimize content for audience growth.
- Reliable internet connection and familiarity with streaming software and platforms (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, YouTube, Twitch).
- Interest in gaming and esports, with the ability to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for all viewers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote volunteer capacity.
