About the Role

Utazzo is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team in Gurugram.

The role involves handling B2C travel sales, understanding customer requirements, designing suitable holiday packages, and converting travel enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for Domestic, Short-Haul and Long-Haul international holidays
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences
- Recommend and sell customized holiday packages
- Prepare itineraries, costing and travel proposals
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Handle customer queries throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth booking execution
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience from enquiry to booking

Destinations

Domestic: Popular destinations across India

Short-Haul: Thailand, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Dubai, Bhutan and other Southeast Asian destinations

Long-Haul: Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA, South Africa, Japan, South Korea and other international destinations

Requirements





- 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience in Travel Sales / Travel Consulting
- B2C travel sales experience preferred
- Experience in selling holiday packages will be an advantage
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, flights and holiday packages
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions
- Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Candidates from Travel & Tourism / Hospitality backgrounds are welcome
