About the RoleAs a Travel Sales Consultant, you'll assist travelers in planning their Andaman vacation, provide personalized travel solutions, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless execution.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective customers.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in Travel Sales,



Hospitality, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
