About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager – Supply Chain Finance to manage the financial performance of our manufacturing plant and partner closely with Plant Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Corporate Finance teams.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Manage plant/factory finance and overall financial performance.
- Drive AOP, budgeting, accruals and variance analysis.
- Manage and monitor CAPEX & OPEX for the plant.
- Review CAPEX invoices, approvals and ensure timely capitalization.
- Track manufacturing overheads, conversion costs, yield and efficiency KPIs.
- Conduct monthly plant P&L; reviews and provide actionable insights.
- Perform Plan vs. Actual analysis across material, labour and overhead costs.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain costs from AOP to actuals.
- Prepare Supply Chain MIS, cost-centre reports and management reports.




- Partner with business and operations teams to drive cost efficiency and financial control.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across Plant, Supply Chain, Production and Corporate Finance.

What we’re looking for:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Strong experience in Plant Finance / Factory Finance / Supply Chain Finance.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/factory setup is essential.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and production finance.
- Positive knowledge of AOP, CAPEX, OPEX and P&L; management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Qualification: MBA / CA / CMA preferred
