Position Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Associate (Sourcing Specialist) with strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, apollo, and hiring platforms to identify, engage, and pipeline top tech talent. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled at building candidate networks for diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, apollo, github and hiring platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the recruitment database.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
- Robust knowledge of Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for candidate outreach and engagement.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment.
- Familiarity with other sourcing tools (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, Indeed).
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
