​Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with specialized expertise in Funds Management (FM) and Asset Accounting (FI-AA). In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of financial solutions across large-scale enterprise environments. You will partner with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical leads to drive end-to-end delivery, system enhancements, and architectural governance.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and testing of SAP FI-FM (Funds Management), including commitment management, budget structures, derivation rules, and integration with the General Ledger.
- ​Drive complete lifecycle delivery for SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting), including asset classes, depreciation areas, parallel valuation, CIP settlements, and year-end closing processes.




- ​Deliver core SAP FICO capabilities spanning General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Bank Ledger, and Cost Center / Internal Order Accounting (CO-OM).
- ​Manage cross-module integration points, particularly with MM (Procurement/PR/PO commitment tracking), SD, PS (Project Systems), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
- ​Author comprehensive functional specifications, configuration rationales, test scripts, and data migration strategies.
- ​Partner with ABAP developers to design custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflow automations (BAPIs, BADIs, user exits).
- ​Lead cutover activities, historical balance migrations, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- ​Guide business stakeholders through requirement workshops, gap analyses, and best-practice solution recommendations.
