About the Role

Lincify Media is looking for a skilled Long-Form Video Editor to create high-quality YouTube content for founders, creators, and businesses.

You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging, story-driven videos with strong pacing and retention.

Responsibilities

- Edit 8–30 minute YouTube videos
- Strong storytelling, pacing & retention
- Add B-roll, motion graphics, captions & sound design
- Color correction and audio cleanup
- Work with our creative/content team
- Take feedback and deliver within deadlines

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of qualified editing experience
- Strong Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve skills
- Good understanding of YouTube editing & storytelling
- Experience with long-form content is required
- After Effects knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
