WE ARE HIRING – TELESALES EXECUTIVE Company: Baxter International Location: Beck Bagan, Park Circus, Kolkata Job Type: Full Time Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 + Performance Incentives Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role Baxter International is looking for a Telesales Executive with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer calls, quotation preparation and sending, regular follow-ups, customer handling and order closing.

Key Responsibilities - Make calls to new and existing customers for business development.

- Generate and manage sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate accordingly.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and quotations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve problems.
- Convince and negotiate with customers to convert leads into orders.
- Follow up with customers until successful order closing.
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM.




- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate

Requirements - Civil Engineering background is mandatory.

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, sales coordination or business development preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of computers.
- CRM software handling experience is required.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Important

This is a Telesales position, but candidates must have a Civil Engineering background. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into orders.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 + Performance-Based Incentives.
