Outbound sales process for Bank. Voice process Work from Office This is off role requirement. Selected candidates will be on HGS payroll.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banking services. Promote and sell banking products. Drive activation process by ensuring newly acquired customers start using their credit cards promptly. Manage retention process by engaging with existing customers, resolving concerns, and offering relevant upgrades or advantages to enhance loyalty.

Candidate Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. A graduation degree (any stream) is mandatory. Freshers and candidates with BPO or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Age limit: 18 to 32 years .



Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
