Role Objective

Senior Medical Representatives responsible for expanding the referral network and driving business growth for hearing healthcare solutions.

The role is field-based and requires extensive interaction with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and institutional partners to generate patient referrals and promote hearing assessment and hearing aid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand referral networks among healthcare professionals and institutions.

- Build strong relationships with ENT specialists, physicians, pediatricians, audiologists, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, senior-care facilities, NGOs, and corporate healthcare partners.

- Promote Priority Hearing's products and services, including hearing assessments, hearing aids, cochlear implant support services, and audiology solutions.

- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers and referral partners.

- Generate patient referrals and ensure smooth coordination between referral sources and Priority Hearing centres.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and untapped geographical markets.

- Organize and support hearing screening camps, awareness programs, health talks, and institutional engagement activities.

- Track referral performance from source generation through consultation, conversion,



and revenue realization.

- Reactivate inactive referral partners and strengthen existing relationships.

- Maintain accurate daily call reports, field activity records, and referral MIS.

- Collaborate closely with audiologists and centre teams to maximize patient conversion.

- Consistently achieve monthly referral, patient acquisition, and revenue targets.

- Uphold ethical standards and compliance in all interactions with healthcare professionals and institutions.
