FundooLabs Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. is a Shark Tank India Season 4 funded venture, proudly backed by Anupam Mittal (Shaadi.com, People Group) and Aman Gupta (boAt).

Candidate Preference

- 3 years of HR experience
- Prior work experience in small factory setups, managing both blue collar and white-collar employees
- Staying within 10 km radius of FundooLabs office (@ Chhani, Vadodara)

Salary Range: ₹3.6–₹4.5 LPA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (blue & white collar)
- Onboarding, documentation, induction & exit formalities
- Attendance, payroll input management,



overtime/short leave handling
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH)
- HR policy drafting & communication
- Performance management (KRAs, appraisals, MIS reports)
- Employee engagement initiatives (celebrations, team activities)
- Grievance handling with maturity & confidentiality

Core HR Skills

- Recruitment, payroll input preparation, compliance, performance management

Technical Skills

- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, payroll MIS)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit/People, HROne, Keka, greytHR, or equivalent)
- Latest AI tools

Eligibility

- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience (SME/MSME/manufacturing background preferred)
- Vadodara-based candidates only (within 10 km radius of office)
