ABOUT US

We build DHANODE — an AI automation platform that takes a business from a marketing lead all the way to revenue — across a website, a web app (the user panel and Super Admin dashboard), and a mobile app, live together since our 14 September 2026 launch. Design and development have been separate handoffs so far, and it shows in how long a screen takes to actually ship.

THE ROLE

This is one role covering both sides of the screen — you design the interface AND build it in React, and you design for our Flutter mobile app too. No waiting on a separate designer to hand you a file line by line — you make the call on how something should look and feel, then you build it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design and build the React front-end for DHANODE's website and user panel — Dashboard, Customers & Inbox, AI Training, Sales & Catalog, Campaigns & Automation, Billing, Settings
- Design and build the Super Admin dashboard — KPI boxes, date filters, drill-down reports
- Own UI/UX design decisions for new screens yourself — layout, flow, visual design — not just execution of someone else's file
- Design the screens and flows for our Flutter mobile app — OTP login, AI training Q&A; flow, chat inbox, brand ambassador selection, credit-based generation screens
- Keep design consistent across three surfaces — website, web app,



and mobile app — so DHANODE feels like one product, not three
- Build real-time and near-real-time UI — chat inbox, live credit recalculation as a client ticks options on/off
- Build the sales pipeline UI — leads moving through stages (New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Appointment Booked → Proposal Shared → Follow-Up → Won → Lost)
- Support multiple languages in the UI — English, Hindi and Hinglish now, Arabic and Urdu coming (which means planning for right-to-left layout from the design stage, not just translated strings)
- Work off Laravel APIs — consume and integrate backend endpoints cleanly, handle loading and error states properly
- Fix performance issues — dashboards with a lot of live data should not feel heavy or laggy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3 years combining UI/UX design and React development — real overlap, not two separate half-experiences
- Strong in Figma (or similar) for actual design work, not just inspecting someone else's file
- 3 years hands-on with React in production — real shipped products
- Comfortable designing for Flutter/mobile specifically — you understand mobile UI patterns and constraints, not just responsive web




- Strong JavaScript fundamentals — comfortable without React holding your hand
- Comfortable consuming REST APIs from a Laravel backend — handling loading and error states properly
- Understands state management beyond useState — Redux, Zustand, Context or similar
- Multi-language or i18n design experience is a solid plus, RTL layout experience even better
- Can work fast on tight, same-day-to-next-day timelines without the quality dropping

BONUS POINTS

- Actual Flutter development experience, not just design for it
- Experience with real-time features — WebSockets, polling, or similar
- TypeScript in production
- Experience designing credit/wallet/billing-type UI — numbers that must always be exactly right

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

- Not a pure execution role — you're expected to make real design calls, not just implement
- Not backend development — you consume Laravel APIs, you don't build them
- Not a "throw a design over the wall and disappear" job — you own the screen from idea to shipped
