– Sr. Education Counsellor (UG/PG Courses)

Key Responsibilities

 Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.

 Handle inbound and outbound calls for student enquiries.

 Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

 Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.

 Explain course details, fee structures, scholarship options, and payment plans to students and parents.

 Build strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

 Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding.

 Conduct counselling sessions through calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

 Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives when required.

Required Skills

 Good communication and convincing skills.





 Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

 Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

 Good knowledge of UG/PG courses and admission processes.

 Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office.

 Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

 12 th Pass & Graduation in any stream.

 Experience in Education Counselling / Academic Sales / Admission Counselling preferred.

 Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.
