Job Summary: Design and develop hardware products, including circuit boards, components, and systems as per industry standards best practices.

• Design and develop hardware components and systems, such as circuit boards, microprocessors, sensors,



ICs and other computer hardware • Technical project management for PCBA redesign for EOL /Quality /Cost /NPD projects • Prepare qualification/testing/validation plans, Lab co-ordination.

• Bench level testing of boards & lab instrument handling • Drive communication with customers, vendors & global teams

Essential - must have Skills:

- Strong understanding of various HW architecture
- Components selection & bench level testing, system level integration
- Hands on - micro-controller families – 8/16/32bit, ST/NXP/equivalent
- Hands on - High-speed / Mixed signal design
- Knowledge in – Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) analysis,sensors, modules, communication interface

Desirable - good to have Skil:
- Experience in Memory interfaces ( DDR, NAND, Nor, Flash )
- Experience in EMI/EMC standards (medical / industrial standards)
- Risk analysis, mitigation plan.
- Interpersonal, presentation, communication (verbal & written)
