About the Team

The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. They partner closely with business teams to design and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving, high-performance organisational culture.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Manager II to join Navi's Strategic Business Operations (SBO) Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-volume hiring mandates across our business operations,



playing an instrumental role in helping Navi scale rapidly and sustainably. This is a high-impact role, where you will balance team leadership and execution oversight. You will mentor and guide a team of recruiters, partner closely with business leaders, and champion a culture of data-driven sourcing strategies, quality hiring, and candidate-centric excellence for an operational hiring charter.

What We Expect From You

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports company goals and growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, setting clear targets, tracking performance, and driving accountability
- Oversee and drive the entire recruitment lifecycle—from requisition intake and talent mapping to interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations
- Partner with business leaders as a trusted talent advisor to understand workforce plans and deliver customised hiring solutions aligned with company goals
- Guide the team on modern, high-impact sourcing strategies across various channels, job platforms, referrals, and targeted headhunting to maintain proactive talent pipelines
- Champion best-in-class candidate engagement standards, delivering an empathetic, transparent, and seamless hiring journey from first touch to onboarding
- Leverage ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards to track key metrics, optimise sourcing channels, and reduce turnaround time (TAT) through data-driven decisions
- Drive market intelligence initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed on industry talent trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks
- Standardise recruitment workflows, elevate employer branding initiatives, and coach junior recruiters to continuously elevate team capability

Must Haves

- 3 to 6 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience,



ideally within fast-paced environments such as high-growth tech startups, e-commerce, or BFSI
- Experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team while maintaining high delivery standards
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment with a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution
- Hands-on proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), talent market intelligence, and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align business leadership
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to optimising recruitment funnels and timelines
- High ownership, adaptability, and resilience to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
