Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO





- Analyze requirements and design Duck Creek configuration and integration solutions
- Build modules across UI, Rating, TransAct, User Admin, and Forms
- Develop and support integrations with Duck Creek APIs and downstream systems
- Partner with business and Agile teams to deliver scalable technical solutions
- Drive technical standards, mentoring, and continuous improvements across the team
- Collaborate directly with business leadership to align technical solutions with business goals

What We Are Looking For

- 6–16 years in Duck Creek Policy configuration and integration
- Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines templates (ISO/Non-ISO)
- Expert-level skills in Duck Creek toolset: Express 2, Express 3, Server, Author, Forms, XML, CSS, HTML5, and SQL
- Proficiency in Duck Creek native requests, Anywhere API, AMI, and Shredding/Data Insights
- Experience building REST APIs and integrating with Duck Creek platform
- Proven leadership in Agile teams with strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Duck Creek Author, Express Page Builder, and Thememaker
- REST APIs, Duck Creek Anywhere API, native requests, and AMI
- DCOD experience with Active Delivery exposure
- Duck Creek Shredding / Data Insights
- Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL Server
