Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on our existing Salesforce implementation. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the current Salesforce architecture, maintaining and improving existing functionality, and developing new features and integrations based on evolving business requirements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a live Salesforce environment, analysing existing customizations, identifying improvement opportunities, and independently delivering enhancements without impacting existing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyse the existing Salesforce implementation, configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop new Salesforce features and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows and other Salesforce tools.
- Modify and enhance existing Salesforce modules while ensuring backward compatibility.
- Develop and optimize Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs and Scheduled Jobs.
- Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable Salesforce components.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards.
- Work with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionality.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.




- Analyse existing integrations and troubleshoot API or data synchronization issues.
- Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize Salesforce performance.
- Understand Salesforce data models, objects, relationships and security architecture.
- Manage profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and role-based access.
- Perform impact analysis before implementing enhancements in the existing Salesforce environment.
- Debug and resolve production issues and existing system defects.
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT and production deployments.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for new developments and changes.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and governor-limit considerations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Technical Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience in:
- Apex
- Apex Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL / SOSL
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Objects & Data Model
- Reports & Dashboards
- Validation Rules
- Approval Processes
- Profiles, Permission Sets & Sharing Rules
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.




- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and development best practices.
- Experience working with existing/live Salesforce implementations rather than only greenfield projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes and tools.
- Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD would be preferred.
- Ability to analyse existing code and configurations developed by other teams.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
- Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce upgrades, optimization, technical debt reduction and modernization.
- Experience migrating older Salesforce customizations towards LWC and Flow-based implementations.
- Experience working directly with business users for requirement gathering.

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for a strong hands-on developer rather than only a Salesforce administrator.

The candidate should be capable of entering an already implemented Salesforce setting, understanding how the existing system works, identifying dependencies, and safely developing additional functionality.

The person should have strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills and the ability to independently take ownership of Salesforce enhancements from requirement gathering through development, testing and deployment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
