Macrofix Software is looking for an ERP Sales Representative to drive sales and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, united with sales acumen, to understand customer requirements, demonstrate ERP solutions, and close deals.

Working as a Sales Representative, you will:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions across various industries.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and propose suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, and support) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new ERP technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, IT heads, and executives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Who Are We Exactly Looking For?





- 3 years of experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or business development roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or similar).
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business value.
- Experience selling ERP solutions in manufacturing, retail, finance, or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
- Previous experience in handling mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees, and throughout education in the English medium.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A quick learner, committed to teamwork
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must.

Note: There will be a commission over & above the salary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
