The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing leads, guiding the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Generate and convert real-estate leads into successful sales.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Monitor the team's daily sales activities and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training to team members.
- Coordinate with clients for property visits and site visits.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
- Ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closure.

Requirements - Experience: 2–5 years of experience in real-estate sales or a similar sales role.

- Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the real-estate market and sales processes.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and close sales effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property/site visits.
- A valid driving license and personal vehicle would be an advantage.
