Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and good English communication.
- Strong convincing and sales conversation skills.
- Experience in telesales and telemarketing.
- Positive customer relationship and customer handling skills.
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry is required/preferred as per the company requirement.
- Must be confident while speaking with customers over the phone and handling customer inquiries.
