About the Role

We are looking for a business-minded, technology-aware growth professional to help take Kalbii One from early market entry to large-scale customer adoption.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will own the journey from:

Market Research → Lead Generation → Customer Discovery → Demo → Negotiation → Deal Closure → Growth

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2B leads across MSMEs, startups and growing businesses.

Understand real business problems and map them to Kalbii One solutions.

Conduct product demos and convert prospects into customers.

Build new sales and customer acquisition channels.

Develop GTM and growth experiments.

Use AI and up-to-date tools to improve sales & marketing productivity.

Research competitors, markets and emerging SaaS trends.

Build and improve the sales funnel and processes.

Work closely with Product,



Marketing and Customer Success teams.

Take ownership of revenue and customer acquisition outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Technology Sales / Business Development / Growth / Digital Marketing.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Understanding of SaaS and technology products.

Ability to understand problems and create practical solutions.

Data-driven and experimental mindset.

Comfortable working in a startup environment.

- Strong ownership and willingness to build processes from scratch.
