Job Title: Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage project execution from planning through completion. The role involves coordination with customers, internal teams, vendors, design teams, and site engineers to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality-driven, and protected project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Ownership

- Take ownership of projects post-sales and provide partial support during pre-sales.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise project activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure effective resource deployment, site readiness, and risk mitigation.

Survey & Requirement Finalization

- Support site surveys and ensure accurate collection of site data and dimensions.
- Assist in size finalization based on site conditions and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of survey and site information.

Design & Concept Coordination

- Coordinate with the design team to ensure execution feasibility.
- Gather customer inputs, present concepts, and coordinate design approvals.
- Review designs for practicality and execution requirements.

Site Execution & Quality

- Monitor installation and execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of execution.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements at customer sites.

Customer Coordination





- Act as the primary on-ground contact for customers during project execution.
- Communicate project plans, timelines, and progress updates.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate last-mile modifications.

Kaizen & Continuous Improvement

- Lead a minimum of 6 Kaizen initiatives annually focused on execution cost savings and time reduction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Project Coordination, or Project Execution.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering companies preferred.
