As an Instructor at our Offline Learning Centres, you will deliver engaging sessions in Full Stack
/n
Development, covering programming fundamentals, Data Structures & Algorithms and modern web technologies. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality learning outcomes through classroom teaching, mentorship, and academic support. Key Responsibilities
/n
- Deliver in-person lectures and training sessions in Full Stack Development and related
/n
domains.
/n
- Guide learners through concepts, case studies, and projects to ensure strong understanding
/n
and application.
/n
- Collaborate with Centre Managers and academic teams to monitor learner progress and
/n
outcomes.
/n
- Support students with doubt-solving, mentorship, and building career-ready skills.
/n
- Continuously update knowledge and content to stay current with industry trends and tools.
/n
/n
Skills & Experience
/n
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in Full Stack Development or related
/n
domains.
/n
- Solid programming skills in Java and solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
/n
for problem-solving.
/n
- Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
/n
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
/n
- Comfortable with both classroom delivery and online teaching (camera-facing).
/n
- Education: BE/ B. Tech (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.
