2. Role Description The Plumbing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, responsible for overseeing all plumbing activities on residential construction projects. This role includes planning daily work schedules, supervising plumbing teams, and coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of internal plumbing systems.

The Plumbing

Supervisor will monitor installation of underground drainage, water supply lines, soil and waste systems, shaft and terrace piping, and sanitary fixtures,



ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks also involve conducting inspections, supporting pressure testing and commissioning, resolving on-site issues, maintaining documentation, and promoting safe work practices. The role requires clear communication with stakeholders and a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and project timelines.

3. Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and on-site coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid technical capabilities in Plumbing and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential projects.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring professional communication and reliable project delivery.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control procedures, and relevant plumbing codes or standards.
- Diploma or certification in plumbing, MEP, or a related technical field is preferred; comparable practical experience will be considered.
- Experience supervising plumbing works on residential or large-scale construction sites in the Greater Kolkata Area or similar markets is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, schedules, and specifications, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
