Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office — 5 days a week, no hybrid)

Experience: 6–10 years in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory — demonstrated results matter more

Background Sought: Strong D2C website performance marketing background required.

Looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to own the complete marketing charter for a fast-growing wellness & consumer care venture backed by an 84-year legacy conglomerate.

As Performance Marketing Head — D2C, you will own the full-funnel growth of company's website — acquisition, conversion and retention — building a lean, high-performing performance marketing engine from the ground up.

ROLE

- Own performance marketing strategy for the company's D2C website.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital acquisition channels to drive profitable D2C growth.
- Own the full funnel — traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimisation, retention/repeat purchase, CAC and LTV.




- Work with the creative and content teams to test and scale high-performing ad creatives.
- Own the D2C P&L; — spend efficiency, blended CAC, and revenue targets.
- Build and optimise retention marketing programs across email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Analyse website funnel data and drive conversion-rate-optimisation initiatives with the tech/design team.

MUST HAVES

- 6 years of hands-on D2C performance marketing experience across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
- Experience scaling a D2C brand's website revenue, ideally in FMCG, beauty or wellness.
- Strong grip on analytics — GA4, Shopify analytics and attribution.
- Startup-ready and hands-on — comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean team.
