Role Description The Paid Media Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels. Daily activities include setting up and managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant networks, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives to achieve campaign goals.

Qualifications

- Strong media planning and campaign management experience with paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO),



with the ability to drive engagement and performance across platforms.
- Effective communication and writing skills for crafting clear ad copy, reporting results, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) and data interpretation to optimize campaigns and report ROI.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or paid media; agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
