Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Order Management professional with strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP and order-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in an MNC, KPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment and be comfortable managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from order receipt to fulfillment.
- Process and maintain customer sales orders accurately in SAP ERP.
- Validate customer orders, pricing, quantities, delivery dates, payment terms, and other order details.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
- Track order fulfillment, delivery schedules, backorders, cancellations, and order changes.
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies within defined SLAs.
- Generate and maintain regular reports related to orders, backlog, pending orders, and fulfillment status.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes and controls.
- Handle customer/internal queries related to order status and delivery.
- Support process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.




- Maintain proper documentation and follow established SOPs and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Order Management / Order Processing / O2C operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, preferably SAP SD.
- Experience working with MNC, KPO, Shared Services, BPO, or Global Operations will be preferred.
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills including data analysis, filtering, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with international/global customers or stakeholders will be an advantage.
