Work From Office Job in Gurgaon, Haryana

We're looking for a Backend Operations Executive to handle reconciliation of transactions, orders, and payments across systems. You'll be responsible for making sure data ties out accurately, spotting mismatches early, and driving them to closure.

What You'll Do:

● Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of orders, payments, and settlements across platforms and payment gateways.

● Identify and investigate discrepancies between finance records and operational data, and drive them to closure.

● Coordinate closely with Finance and Ops teams to resolve mismatches, chargebacks, and pending settlements.

● Maintain accurate reconciliation trackers and MIS reports.

● Build and improve templates/formats to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.

● Flag recurring or high-value mismatches with root-cause analysis.

● Support month-end closing activities related to reconciliation.

● Liaise with relevant internal teams as needed to close open items.

What We're Looking For





● 2-3 years of experience in backend operations, reconciliation, or similar process-heavy roles.

● Very strong Excel skills - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, and comfort handling large datasets.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.

● Valuable communication skills and ability to coordinate.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple trackers/deadlines.

Nice to Have

● Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or D2C backend operations.

● Exposure to ERP/accounting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
