Position: Operations Associate

We are looking for an operations professional with practical knowledge of NSDL & CDSL operations, unlisted shares, client onboarding, KYC, CRM, Excel, banking, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and capable of coordinating operational activities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational activities
- Handle NSDL & CDSL-related operations
- Manage unlisted share and inventory records
- Handle client onboarding and KYC processes
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth transaction processing
- Assist with PMS, MF & Fund House empanelment
- Maintain CRM records and operational data using MS Excel
- Handle banking activities and reconciliation
- Maintain transaction records and documentation




- Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational processes

Skills Required

✔ Knowledge of NSDL & CDSL operations

✔ Experience in unlisted share / inventory management

✔ Understanding of client onboarding & KYC

✔ Knowledge of PMS, MF & Fund House empanelment

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel & CRM

✔ Knowledge of banking and reconciliation

✔ Solid communication and coordination skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

✔ Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant operations experience
- Experience in financial services, stock markets, wealth management, or unlisted shares will be an advantage

Compensation

Salary: Based on last drawn salary and relevant experience

Location Requirement

Delhi | On-Site

Local candidates are a must. Candidates from outside Delhi may apply if they are willing to relocate.
