KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain cleanliness and basic arrangement of office areas • Serve tea, water and refreshments to staff & visitors • Handle basic office errands and daily tasks • Deliver and collect documents, parcels and materials when required • Assist with photocopying, printing and document handling • Support office staff in day-to-day administrative activities • Assist in arranging files, documents and office materials • Help with basic factory/office support work • Coordinate with different departments as required • Perform other routine office duties assigned by management ?
