1. Understand customer specific and product specific requirements including packaging requirement, application of product being supplied/ planned, ensure customer requirements are understood & followed effectively.
2. Get various customer standards from customer and communicate the same to concerned functions in the organization for effective implementation.
3. Involve in Project time planning finalization considering customer milestone and monitoring for effective implementation.
4. Involve in recent product development (CFT) & Communicate information regarding product being supplied or under development.
5. Ensure timely completion of APQP, PPAP documents.
6. Ensure PPAP activity as per time plan.
7. Ensure training needs identified for dept. people to improve competency level of all personnel working under Dept.
8. Monitor & ensure timely Die, trimming tool, Process corrections for product,



process improvement to meet customer requirements.
9. Ensure departmental all activity will be carried out in accordance with customer requirements & management targets.
10. Conduct Time to time CFT review meeting to understand development product status.
11. Escalate to management (as per escalation matrix) in case of any delay in the project timeline , Goal, Customer milestones .
12. Monitor & ensure the implementation of all changes i.e Engineering changes, process changes , design change , resource change, supplier change etc. in project if any through Change management system & update the record accordingly .
