? We’re Hiring: Production Order Entry Associate – Apparel

Stride Logistics & Consultants is hiring a Production Order Entry Associate to support a growing multinational apparel company based in New York, USA.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and enter Production Orders / Purchase Orders accurately in the ERP system.
- Verify apparel order details including Style, SKU, Color, Size, Quantity, Cost, Vendor and Delivery Dates.
- Review order documents, identify discrepancies and obtain missing information before processing.
- Set up and maintain reference tables and master data within the ERP system.
- Update existing production/order records accurately and process order revisions when required.
- Prepare and maintain Excel data-conversion sheets and related order reports.
- Create product labels and price tickets using BarTender or similar labeling software.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, Logistics and other internal teams for timely order processing.
- Support the production order cycle from order entry through production release.

What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in the APPAREL INDUSTRY is MANDATORY.
- Experience in Production Order Entry, Order Processing, Production Support,



Purchase Order Management or Apparel Merchandising Operations.
- Candidates from apparel manufacturing, garment export houses, buying houses, apparel sourcing, fashion retail/wholesale or apparel distribution companies are preferred.
- Good understanding of apparel terminology and processes such as Style, SKU, Color, Size, PO, Vendor/Factory, UPC, Labels/Tickets and Delivery Dates.
- Experience using BlueCherry ERP (CGS) is a strong added advantage but is NOT mandatory.
- Experience with another apparel ERP/order management system will also be considered.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and PivotTables.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify order/data discrepancies.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, rapid-paced US apparel operations environment.

SIGNIFICANT: Candidates without apparel industry experience will not be considered for this position.
