Mobilization Cum Centre In-Charge

Location: Vasind, Maharashtra

Experience: 3+ Years | Type: Full-Time | Work Mode: On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and activities of the training centre.
- Drive student/trainee mobilization and achieve enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, TPOs, and faculty.
- Conduct institutional visits, student counselling, presentations, and outreach activities.
- Generate leads, follow up with students, and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth centre operations.
- Maintain student records, attendance, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on mobilization, enrollment, and centre performance.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in student mobilization, centre management, education/training, or business development.
- Solid communication, counselling, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling.
- Knowledge of the local educational ecosystem in Maharashtra preferred.
- Marathi communication skills preferred.
