- Develop Treatment Plans: Create tailored rehabilitation programs that incorporate exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques to help patients regain strength and mobility.

- Implement Therapy Sessions: Guide patients through their therapy sessions, providing hands-on treatment and ensuring they perform exercises correctly to maximize their recovery.

- Monitor Progress: Track and document patients' improvement over time, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective recovery.

- Educate Patients: Provide information and guidance on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote long-term wellness.

- Collaborate with Healthcare Team:



Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and share insights on treatment effectiveness.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field, such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, or BVSC. Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients are essential. You should be patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others, with good problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans based on individual progress. Basic knowledge of physiotherapy techniques is preferred, although not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
