About the Role

Greenhive Billing Solutions is hiring a Medical Biller – Process Associate with hands-on experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

We are looking for candidates who understand medical billing workflows, can communicate confidently in English, and are comfortable working in a US night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day US medical billing activities
- Review and process claims accurately
- Work on claim submission, payment posting, denials, and follow-ups as required
- Review patient, insurance, and billing information for accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain proper documentation and follow process guidelines
- Meet productivity, quality,



and turnaround-time requirements

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
- Good understanding of the medical billing process
- Prior experience working with US healthcare accounts
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance claims, payers, denials, and billing workflows
- Comfortable working from our Vijay Nagar, Indore office
- Comfortable working the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
