Media Assitant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and executes on digital marketing initiatives to enhance digital presence and optimize digital marketing performance.
- Participates in the improvement of digital consumer experiences in digital channels (e.g. Web, Social Media), identifying opportunities for incremental improvements.
- Coordinates and executes digital commerce tasks, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives, KPIs, and timelines while monitoring performance for consistent optimization.
- Analyzes digital metrics, providing insights based on data from campaigns, websites, and ecommerce platforms, and offering recommendations for improved performance.
- Develops performance reports presenting insights and recommendations to refine and improve digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborates with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure the smooth execution of digital initiatives.
- Stays informed about digital marketing trends, proactively applying current practices and technologies to enhance marketing initiatives and support growth objectives.

Minimum required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent/ Vocational Education.

Minimum required Experience:





minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Media Agency/Brand/Platform, Brand Marketing, E-commerce Platform, Marketing Research, Data Analysis or equivalent with Vocational Education.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media agency/brand/platform.
