We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can amplify our brand presence, drive engagement, and own demand generation through high-impact content, LinkedIn, email, and campaign strategies.

? Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own lead generation and pipeline creation. This is not just content or social media — you will build and scale a repeatable growth engine that drives qualified leads, demos, and revenue for a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup.

? What You'll Own

- End-to-end lead generation funnel (awareness → lead → demo)
- - Campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline (LinkedIn, email, newsletters, paid/organic posts)
- - Founder-led LinkedIn growth and inbound strategy
- - High-conversion content, landing pages, and email campaigns
- - Experimentation across channels (LinkedIn, outbound, SEO, partnerships)




- - Conversion optimization and performance tracking
- - Setting up and owning lead/pipeline attribution and reporting (which channels and campaigns are driving results)

✅ What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing / growth / demand generation, ideally at a startup or fintech company
- - Strong educational background (engineering, MBA, or equivalent), with a demonstrated record of execution and results over pedigree alone
- - Proven track record of generating leads or pipeline, with real numbers to show for it
- - Strong LinkedIn, content, and storytelling skills — someone who can write and post in a founder's voice
- - Hands-on and execution-focused, but able to think strategically about funnels and channels
- - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 0→1 startup environment with high ownership

? Nice to Have

- Fintech / SaaS experience, ideally B2B
- - Exposure to CFO / finance audience
- - Experience with SEO, paid, or outbound growth
- - Prior experience at a startup (Seed to Series B stage)
